Not very effective & computer failed in 3 days : Marcy Mini Bike
I bought it for exercise, rather than an aerobic workout, and it works very well for that. I usually walk outside if it's nice, but this year hasn't had many nice days so far. I pedal it when watching TV. It's easy. I haven't found a good table height to use to exercise my arms. I'm still experimenting with that and don't know how well it will work eventually. I'm satisfied to have it to exercise my legs.
It was easy to assemble. I use it on a bath mat, so it doesn't slip. My leather shoes are a little wide for the places intended for them. I use hard-soles sandals, which work fine.
In brief, it works very well, especially given it's price.
